As the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Telecommunications and Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), we inform you about the processing of personal data on this website.
2. Hosting
Cloudflare Pages
This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare operates a global edge network. Requests to this website are routed through Cloudflare servers worldwide, including data centres within the EU, depending on the visitor's location.
Cloudflare temporarily processes connection data (IP addresses, request timestamps, requested resources) to provide the service and protect against misuse. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Cloudflare pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation).

3. Server Logs
When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits the following data, which may be stored in server logs:
- IP address (anonymised or full, depending on configuration)
- Date and time of the request
- URL accessed and data volume transferred
- Browser and operating system (user agent)
- Referring URL
This data is used for error analysis and security monitoring and is not merged with other sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Retention period: generally up to 7 days.
4. Analytics (Plausible)
This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible sets no cookies and collects no personal data. Only aggregated metrics are recorded (page views, country of origin at country level, device category, referrer domain) from which no conclusions about individual persons can be drawn.
No cookie banner is required for Plausible. No consent under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR is needed since no personal data is processed.

5. Fonts
This website uses exclusively self-hosted fonts (Fraunces and Geist). No fonts are loaded from external servers such as Google Fonts. No data is transmitted to third-party font providers when you use this website.
6. Contact
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (email address, name, content of the inquiry) will be processed to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual inquiries, otherwise Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Retention period: until the inquiry is fully resolved, then in accordance with statutory retention obligations.
Appointment Booking via Calendly
We use Calendly for scheduling appointments, a service of Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Ste. 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. When booking an appointment, the data you enter (name, email address, and any additional information) is transmitted to and processed by Calendly. This involves a transfer of data to the USA based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Cookies
This website uses no marketing, tracking, or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary cookies are set where strictly required for website operation. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

We will then no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
10. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data.
